Warranties

We understand that buying a used car can be an intimidating process for some. That is why all of our cars come with a warranty, to reassure you that we are looking after you, after your drive off the forecourt.

Despite our commitment to extensive checks, sometimes things can go wrong with used cars. Should the unforeseen happen, we want our customers to have peace of mind. All our vehicles come with a free standard 30 Day Warranty which covers the engine and gearbox including the parts and labour at our on-site workshop.

Should any problem arise with your vehicle in the 30 days post purchase we will happily replace, repair or rectify any issues which are covered within our in-house warranty. Our warranty does not cover wear and tear/serviceable items and does have some exclusions which will be explained at point of sale.

*Warranty not applicable to cars sold as spare or repair or part exchange to clear. Please be aware that our warranty does not include breakdown cover and if you suffer a mechanical breakdown, all repairs under Motor Trade UK warranty terms means the vehicle must be returned to our workshop for any repairs. Any work carried out without pre-authorisation will not be covered under warranty.

Extended Warranties

Extended Warranties are available with our third party warranty partner, Handler Protect. 

Handler offers 3, 6 and 12 month, 24 and 36 month packages at extremely competitive prices, covering parts and labour as well as offering peace of mind for customers. Depending on the vehicle mileage, a variety of options are available to customers and they will cover everything on the list below plus extras, if required.
